Sara fulfils an integral role at the group heaquarters where her organisational skills and experience are much in demand. Her role in the company includes producing Organisation & Method statements, risk assessments and COSHH assessments as well as taking responsibility for staff training programmes. Her central administrative role means she is directly involved with all of the group‘s projects.
