Sam has worked in the painting, construction and fit out industries for 50 years. He is the founder of the S. Lucas Group and its driving force throughout the 1970s, 1980s and mid-1990s before his son, Danny, took over as Managing Director. He now provides advice and wise counsel on the direction and operations of the business and was instrumental in establishing Lucas Fit Out as a separate company in 2008.
