Mace Group provides a portfolio of property and construction-related services across a wide range of market sectors. As an approved Mace Supply Chain Company Lucas carried out the head office re-brand works in early 2008. This resulted in later being asked to undertake a complete revamp of the head office building. Working to a fast-track programme and involving the relocation of staff from an entire floor at a time we were able to carry out the works without disruption to the company’s operations and reduce the original 4 week programme per level to just 3. The scope of work has involved stripping out, partition alterations, the installation of tea points including Corian worktops & vinyl flooring and a full redecoration to all areas.
