Lucas Fit Out has completed one of its largest projects so far with the decoration and fit out of a new data centre, offices and car park for the investment company Fidelity at Hildenborough in Kent. The 26-week package of works included the design and construction of a curved oak reception area ceiling, along with a large feature timber and stone reception desk. The offices and underground data centre area works included new timber doors and frames, suspended ceilings, drylining, decorations and floor finishes. New back-painted glass doors with anodized frames were fitted to the toilets, along with Armourcoat finishes to walls. Anodised frames and glazed screens and doors were installed in the car park areas, as well as floor painting and white lining. The Lucas Fit out team worked closely with the other trades on site to complete these high quality works on schedule.
