Lucas Fit Out has completed the entire decoration and toilet fit out package of a new build technology centre for a major financial client. The single storey data centre includes 2,000m² of data hall space and 1,600m² of office and other accommodation space. The Lucas team completed a comprehensive eight months works package including drywall partitions and linings, complete decorations including special coverings for dust-free clean rooms in the main data centre areas, soft floor coverings to office areas and bespoke designs for the reception area. A full toilet and showers package was included in the scope of works. Data centre projects are now becoming something of a speciality for Lucas Fit Out; this is the third such project we have carried out in recent months.
